When you purchase a new appliance from Gray's, you are entitled to the "Red Carpet Service" award-winning Gray's Appliance Service department. We reserve this service for customers who have purchased products from our sales department. We employ only factory trained technicians and we send our technicians to periodic training seminars to ensure superior product knowledge. We concentrate our service exclusively to the brands and products we sell in order to provide more specialized service.
Like our sales staff, our technicians are not paid by commission. Our technicians are paid to properly repair the problem at hand quickly, efficiently, and honestly.
